Customers have the ability to update/change their email addresses in Account > Sign In & Security. If you are trying to change your email address, here are a few step-by-step solutions, for various situations.
Solution #1 - Correct it in My Account
If you want to update/change your email address and you are able to log in to your account (ie there is no typo in your email address):
- Log in to your account
- Go to your name-profile-icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click Account > Sign In & Security
- Here, you will have the opportunity to update your email address
Solution #2 - Log in with your correct email address
If you tried to update your email address, but got this notification (below) and are unable to change your email, you are logging in with an incorrect address. This simply means you have two accounts.
If this is the case, then you should log in with another email address you may have used to create an account and click 'Forgot Password?', if need be, to reset your password. Note: For security purposes, we don't merge accounts.
