Yes! You can easily manage and update information through your Sawyer account. This includes adding and updating family contacts and caregiver information as well as any profiles on your account.
- Scroll over your name in the top right corner and look for Profiles then select My Profile. If you're on a provider's website, you'll click Manage Account.
- Here you can update any of your personal information including adding secondary contact information and caregiver information.
- Click on Profiles on the top menu to add or update additional profiles listed on your account. To add new children click +Add Profile. Follow the prompts listed and enter all specified fields.
Important to note: Generally speaking, providers will use the primary email on your account for correspondence even if there are multiple contacts on an account.
