Contacting providers
- Each provider featured on Sawyer is an independently owned business that lists their services and schedules.
- They are the front line to managing all customer transactions and enrollments for their business, so as best practice, please reach out to provider first. Here are some reasons to reach out to the provider directly:
- Request for cancellation or refund
- Request for a transfer or a new class
- Purchasing anything additional for the class (ie. after school or art supplies)
- Reporting your absence
- Location questions
- Paying your balance early
- Canceling memberships or future payments
- General questions about the class (time, supplies needed, size of class etc...)
Simply log into your account and go to your Orders page to contact the provider.
If you feel that you have not received a timely response or if a resolution has not been reached, we will work with you to mediate and resolve issues as they arise. We always try to maintain a positive community, so in the rare event that a resolution is not reached, please let us know.

Our support team is available to both Sawyer customers and providers should any issues or questions arise. Our support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
