How to Verify Your Account
New customers are prompted to verify their email when first signing up for a Sawyer Account whether purchasing on the Sawyer Marketplace or on a Provider's website registration widget. This email will be sent to the email address used to create your account with the subject line 'Verify your account now'.
Once you receive the verification email, click on the button 'Verify Account' to complete the process. You're verified!
Please note: The email link will automatically expire after 72 hours. If you're unable to verify immediately, you can still take action to verify your account.
To access your verification link at a later date, you can go to the Sign in & Security page on your Sawyer Account.
Your email will display your current verification status. When unverified you'll see an option to 'Verify your email address' which will trigger a new verification email.
Once clicked, a modal will appear confirming that the email was sent to the email address on your account. If you have issues receiving the email we recommend checking your spam folder to ensure future deliverability.
