Where can I view my balance?
You can view your gift card balance in Your Account > Gift Cards. Gift cards will still be listed once they run out so you can see what you used the balance on! Log in to hisawyer.com and click My Account to view gift cards and their balances!
What do I do if my code doesn’t work?
If your code doesn’t work, you should reach out to the provider that your gift card is for. They’ll be able to help you make sure your code is correct.
How can I add my gift card to my account?
You can redeem your gift card balance in Your Account > Gift Cards. You can also redeem gift cards at check out!

Can I use my gift card on the marketplace?
You can use your gift card exclusively with the provider who it was purchased from! At this time, we do not offer universal marketplace gift cards.

Don’t worry! Reach out to the person who gave you this gift card. They’ll be able to download a PDF copy of your gift card from their Account in Sawyer and help you sort things out.
I purchased a payment plan with a gift card and I have a remaining balance. Can I use the gift card for the next installment?
No, gift cards can not be applied to recurring billing. It can only be used currently at checkout.
