When you sign into your Sawyer account, you'll be able to easily view your order history for all class providers on Sawyer.
- Click on the Welcome tab on the top right of your account screen. It will say Hi, [Name] once you've customized your profile.
- Click on Orders to browse your Order History and a summary view of all transactions on your account.
- Click on View Order Details to view more specific information for the transaction.
- If you have a payment plan or monthly billing installments, this will appear under Payment Plan Schedule or Monthly Billing Schedule.
Should you need to request a change or cancellation of a class or transaction, we recommend contacting the class provider directly. As an alternative, you can submit a cancellation request from your account.
