Yes! You can easily manage and update information through your Sawyer account. This includes adding and updating family contacts and caregiver information as well as any children on your account.
- Click on the Welcome tab at the top right. It will say Hi, [Name] once you have configured your personal information on the site.
- Click on Profile to update any of your personal information including adding secondary contact information and caregiver information.
- Click on My Children to add or update child(ren) listed on your account. To add new children click +Add Child. Follow the prompts listed and enter all specified fields.
Important to note: Generally speaking, providers will use the primary email on your account for correspondence even if there are multiple contacts on an account.
